AJPLINK is a B2B recruitment platform connecting sending organisations from 9 Asian countries with Japanese companies seeking verified, language-qualified talent. The platform facilitates candidate registration, job matching, interview scheduling, and placement tracking.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts are subject to admin approval before access is granted. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
Users may not: misrepresent candidate qualifications, submit false documents, use the platform for purposes other than legitimate recruitment, or violate any applicable laws.
5. Data and Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, and technology is owned by AJPLINK. Candidate profiles and documents remain the property of the respective candidates and organisations.
7. Limitation of Liability
AJPLINK facilitates connections between parties but is not responsible for the outcome of placements, visa applications, or employment arrangements.
8. Termination
AJPLINK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
