Two sets of documents
AJPLINK has two sets of documents, for two audiences, under two legal systems. Which set governs you depends on who you are, not on where you happen to be browsing from — so pick the one that describes you rather than looking for a version that detects it.
If you are registering an account, you do not need to choose here: each consent checkbox on the registration form links straight to the document that governs your role.
In Japan · 日本国内
Operator: Raicuru Co., Ltd. (株式会社ライクル), 3-228-2F Minomachi, Kasugai-shi, Aichi 486-0917, Japan. Governed by the laws of Japan; disputes go to the Nagoya District Court. Where the Japanese and English versions differ, THE JAPANESE VERSION PREVAILS.
Outside Japan · 日本国外
Governed by the laws of Sri Lanka; disputes go to the competent courts of Colombo. Where the English and Japanese versions differ, THE ENGLISH VERSION PREVAILS.
Available languages
All four documents exist in JAPANESE and ENGLISH only. The AJPLINK interface is available in six languages, but the legal texts are not translated into Vietnamese, Indonesian, Nepali or Sinhala. Each document states on its own page which version is binding. If you cannot read the binding version, ask us before you agree to it: support@ajplink.com.
